At MongoDB, the Cloud Account Executive will work cooperatively with internal departments to improve the velocity of business and to build solutions that serve the best interests of our customers at MongoDB. Join a growing sales team with tremendous upside for growth.

This role is remote optional until April 4, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Dublin or Barcelona for when we introduce our hybrid model.

The Opportunity

We are growing our Cloud Account executive team to help our customers be more productive while still providing all the capabilities needed to meet the most complex requirements at any scale.

Day to Day

  • Drive incremental consumption and retention within existing accounts by identifying new use cases and enabling feature adoption
  • Manage the full sale cycle
  • Cultivate net new logos
  • Work with Marketing to conduct seminars, assist with trade shows, and other marketing related events
  • Become a trusted advisor and strategically maintain and grow relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1 year of experience in Sales
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly driven environment (top 10% performer)
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with database, SaaS, and open source technology a plus
