The Technical Community Builder will be Temporal’s connector-in-chief, shepherd, and representative of the voice of our users.
What you'll do
*Build relationships with Temporal users around the world and connect them with each other
*Oversee the day-to-day of the Temporal community: moderating and contributing to discussions; addressing community escalations; and iterating on workflows and processes
*Drive growth in community membership and activity by identifying trends, opportunities, and gaps through measurement, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting on community metrics and KPI’s
*Establish the Temporal Superuser program to recognize and empower our most engaged users
*Initiate, run, and expand our digital community events (including our Monthly Meetup) around the globe
*Grow our Temporal user job listings with interviews and newsletters
*Work with the team to automate key processes and workflows around community management to do what matters most - enabling our users
*Evangelize our approach to community and advocacy with others through blog posts, videos and more
