Highspot’s People Team is responsible for hiring, retaining and developing exceptionally talented people in an environment where they can thrive and do their best work.
As a Sr. Manager, People Operations - EMEA you will be joining Highspot as we embark on the next phase of critical growth as we scale our people engine in EMEA. We are looking for a seasoned People Operations leader who has a passion for people, process, technology and infrastructure that will help us operate faster, more efficiently and provide best in class HR support to the wider business.
We are looking for an individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building and creating and is outcome oriented with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for creating a great employee experience.
Based in Highspot’s London office you will lead EMEA’s People Operations area focused on building the people infrastructure that Highspot needs to scale and continuously innovate. Reporting to the HR Director, EMEA you will have line management responsibility for the HR Coordinator.
