About the Role

The Global Partner Operations team manages the processes and daily tasks that ensure baseline Partner experiences on Twitch. As creator needs are diverse, we specialize in internal systems and partner with teams across the business, harnessing our collective knowledge of creators to achieve the best outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Global Creator Benefits & Ops, as a leader you will manage the team processing internal Partner request queues, Partner conduct cases and support departments across the business with custom requests.

You can work in San Francisco, CA or Irvine, CA.

You Will:

  • Oversee your team's contributions towards meeting internal service level agreement targets
  • Lead process efficiency and workflow optimization across your team, setting the standard and overall output quality
  • Manage cadenced reporting of global service level agreement performance
  • Establish annual operational priorities that benefit creators and internal partners
  • Build internal Partner operating policies and escalation processes that are adopted by global teams
  • Collaborate with teams to unlock internal tooling improvements in service to creators and broader company programs
  • Assist Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety and Global Creator teams to resolve Creator related issues

You Have:

  • 8+ Years working with CRM systems
  • 6+ Years experience developing people within large organizations
  • BA/BS from an accredited University
  • Experience creating and improving processes. You don't just inhabit a role; you make it better, and are willing to help others improve their roles
  • The forethought to escalate problem areas in advance.

  • Familiarity with Twitch and its business model
  • Experience working with creators in a customer service capacity
  • Experience in platform level Trust & Safety
  • Expertise in CRM tooling automation
