About the Role

The Sr. GTM Manager brings coveted, branded merchandise to our legion of fans worldwide. We're looking for a customer-obsessed leader and true business owner who conceptualizes strategies that speak to our community and brings product to market. You look to analytics to guide your decisions. You grow strong relationships with collaborators across departments to help launch and market your assortment to capture audiences. Your experience will directly help build foundational processes to help us scale for growth in 2022 and beyond.

Merchandise is an arm within the Twitch Marketing organization. You will report directly to the Head of Merchandising.

This position can be located in San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA or remotely across the US.

You Will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Twitch brand, ethos, audience segmentation, and our merchandise-specific customer profile.
  • Oversee 3 global digital marketplaces on Amazon, including USA, UK, and DE.
  • Manage up to 2 live events in the USA (1) and Europe (1) in typical years.
  • Partner with Head of Merchandising to implement go to market strategies to bring products and campaigns to life, coordinating with teams (including Creative, Social, Communications, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Content, Partnerships, and Amazon Prime team) and external agencies.
  • Manage tactical execution of go to market campaigns from brief writing, calendar maintenance, data/resource collection, and post mortem recapping.
  • Optimize campaign performance by tracking measurements like conversion, click-through rate, impressions, and engagement, exit surveys, customer satisfaction
  • Test new owned-and-operated go to market channels and make recommendations on future strategies.
  • Lead merchandise programs inclusive of global swag and new business development with third-party brands and creators. Manage legal onboarding of new businesses.

You Have:

  • 7+ years work experience in buying, marketing, e-commerce or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google docs, pivot tables, lookups.
  • Experience writing marketing briefs and working with creative teams to execute strategies.
  • Excellent and efficient written skills that are audience-specific.
  • Process management: create and organize work and processes in the most efficient manner.
  • Detective skills - you can quickly mine for the right contacts to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
  • Collaborative mindset; you can partner with teams across the organization who have no knowledge of retail or merchandising yet still arrive at solutions.
  • An interest in presenting ideas and direction that lead others to action.
  • Story-telling skills that sell ideas, gains broad agreement, and pushes merchandise to new avenues.

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut and Washington is $125,100 - $152,900 yr and in New York City is $137,610 - $168,190 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
