About the Role

As a Partnerships Development Manager in Mexico, you will lay a foundation of creator growth and development. Development Managers facilitate opportunities to learn, network, and grow within the Twitch creator ecosystem. You will uplevel the live streaming experience of many broadcasting partners, aiding in their professional goals. You will work with a wide array of teams, including Content Programming, Marketing, Legal, Business Development, Sales and Global Partnerships.

As the ideal candidate, you feel comfortable leading and advocating for creators, you have experience running scaled education programs, you are familiar with the creator market in Mexico and Spanish-speaking Americas, and have client management experience.

The position is based in our office in Mexico City and you will report to the Community Partnerships Manager.

You Will:

  • Develop concepts to improve the growth opportunity for all partners
  • Develop communications and documentation for both education and program outreach
  • Build scaled programs based on streaming best practices.
  • Identify networks of creators with shared interests and audiences.
  • Improve educational formats to provide value to creators.
  • Build relationships with important teams (Marketing, Legal, Trust & Safety, Content).
  • Identify and escalate project risks, and ensure performance is tracked and measurement
  • Manage the program pipeline of your work

You Have:

  • 3+ years client and program management experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with the LATAM content, gaming and entertainment industry
  • Provided improvement recommendations to enhance systems and programs
  • Experience in accelerating growth of content markets, creators, and programs.
  • An understanding of important business metrics and how to convey those to creators and team members
  • A creative thought process with a passion for teaching creators how to grow
  • A mind for research, staying current on streaming trends
  • Public speaking experience

  • Existing relationships with gaming and non-gaming community content creators
  • Familiarity with the Twitch service as both a user and creator
  • Previous employment at a games industry or broadcast media company
