About the Role:

We seek an experienced Senior ABM marketing manager to build an ABM program focused on driving pipeline and revenue for our sales team. You have a passion for ABM, love working side-by-side with sales, and are excited to develop unique campaigns that no one else has thought of yet. You have go-to-market solid planning experience, channel marketing background and bring ABM plays ready to execute.


In this role, you’ll focus on customer programs, supporting strategic accounts with 1:1 style ABM and other customers with 1:Few style ABM programs. You’ll work cross-functionally with the strategic sales team, the account management team, product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation team to meet pipeline/revenue targets. You will develop a multi-channel strategy including direct mail, appointment-setting campaigns, gifting programs, display, email, and field-focused events (virtual & in-person). You will analyze results and identify opportunities to improve performance. If you love to collaborate, are resourceful, and can deliver results, then this is the role for you. 

You Will:

  • Partner with the strategic and account management sales teams to understand business requirements and drive quarterly plans
  • Understand the Invoca value proposition, messaging, and target personas. 
  • Develop campaigns that address business needs across the customer journey - from renewal to upsell to cross sell.  
  • Create, activate, and drive outbound campaigns and ABM plays in Demandbase 
  • Deploy ABM-style digital campaigns, custom landing pages, field-focused events, and direct marketing campaigns to achieve goals. Manage these channels from initial planning through final execution and reporting.
  • Utilize ABM technologies like Demandbase, Pathfactory, and Sendoso to support account-based campaigns.
  • Align with the inbound and events teams to include ABM target accounts in the inbound and event programs.
  • Analyze Demandbase and Salesforce data to find new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize tactics that generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Manage quarterly budget, accurately estimate costs and manage budget tracking
  • Accurately measure pipeline, campaign effectiveness, and ROI

You Have:

  • 5+ years in ABM experience 
  • ABM certification is a strong plus 
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B marketing, 1:1 and 1:Few account-based marketing, and demand generation
  • Ability to work closely with a distributed sales team and collaborate closely across geographically dispersed marketing teams 
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently
  • Ability to execute quickly with the ability to pivot projects as needs change
  • Hands-on experience with Demandbase and Salesforce 
  • Experience with Sendoso, Pathfactory, and Marketo is a plus.

  • Position Base Range -$110,500.00-$148,500.00/year, plus bonus potential.
