What You Get to Do:

  • Grow client portfolio from opportunity identification and initial conversation through to closure, continuing ongoing relationship for future up sell opportunities.
  • Manage a complex sales process from initial conversation through closure, involving necessary internal resources as necessary, and continue ongoing consulting for future upsell opportunities.
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments at Video publishing companies for continued visibility and penetration within those organizations.
  • Understand the target Customers business model, mapping their organization and identifying how their unique business and / or technology needs can show ROI from Conviva’s products and services.
  • Become trusted advisor to stakeholders within assigned target companies.
  • Effectively manage the business as it relates to ongoing sales activity including pipeline forecasting, organizational mapping, contracts, proposals, and legal.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the ever-evolving streaming video technology landscape & architecture.


What You Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and a MINIMUM of 5+ years of strategic sales experience.
  • Solid track record of exceeding quotas within a SaaS based model consistently delivering high six and seven figure deals.
  • Background building deep relationships within Enterprise organizations as a consultative Sales leader in Broadcast Media or related industry.
  • Experience building and executing a complex Sales strategy across multiple organizations.
  • Able to quickly grasp, comprehend and articulate new technologies as it relates to Conviva’s product.
  • Strong understanding of the media technology relationships within the Internet television business.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally, aligning multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Expert negotiation skills, having managed complex deals where you have driven maximum value and ROI for your customers.
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A strategic approach, with a strong call to action being able to deftly navigate between the strategic part of your role and tactical deal closing.
  • Preference for candidates located in London or able to travel to Kings Cross.
