We are looking for someone to head up People Partnering & People Ops globally and take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of internal processes that empower Picsartians to work in an inclusive, efficient, and collaborative way of working in our globally distributed organization. 

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a global people to achieve global consistency and operational excellence across all offices
• Be the first point of contact for the business and senior leaders on all people related topics
• Lead people practices that cultivate innovation and collaboration
• Provide proactive thought leadership on best practices when it comes to people systems and operations that enhance the overall Picsartian experience
• Partner with Leaders to advise and coach on org design, employee engagement and talent management. 
• Champion people experience and our approach to performance culture.
• Partner with the leaders to build programs that scale the organization, grow strong teams, and empower outstanding leaders
• Ensure that people analytics are accurate and available for senior management to make decisions 
• Work closely with the exec team to ensure that they are responding to feedback such as Exit survey, engagement survey, manager feedback).
• Create, enhance, and implement global and regional policies, as appropriate, for disciplinary procedures, internal investigations, and other employment policies and procedures
• Ensure that, in all things, the Picsartian experience is at the forefront

Required Experience 

• Experience working in a global product-led tech company and know how to apply the product mentality and methodology to hone your teams’ skill sets

• Proven track record of leading international teams and being a thought leader and coach for your team, helping them to have a big business impact while building highly effective relationships with their partners/stakeholders.

• Extremely good at working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while keeping attention to detail, identifying and resolving complex issues, and the ability to take initiative even under new/unfamiliar circumstances

• Extensive people partnering and operational expertise - especially leading large global teams through change 

• Naturally data driven;  making decisions on metrics and setting clear KPIs for all your plans

• Diverse HR expertise and experience helping companies navigate all types of change from reorgs, training needs, culture, performance , etc 

• Comfortable being a "hands-on" manager; willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done, ability to navigate in complexity while developing and managing People Ops policies and practices for a global workforce
