Talent Sourcing @MongoDB

We’re looking for a Sales Sourcer who can partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our Sales businesses in the EMEA regions. You will be working to find creative ways of surfacing top talent and activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Cabs will be provided)

Work Location: Gurugram

Job Description

Reporting into Leader - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for

  • Driving hiring for sales functions to support fast-paced business growth and achieving hiring targets
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within MongoDB’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
  • Work closely with the senior stakeholders while driving a consultative and influential approach to understand business needs and deliver accordingly
  • Ensuring robust talent mapping across the market landscape for all niche requirements
  • Utilize Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles
  • Utilize all sourcing channels such as niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for internal positions; build candidate lists into Candidate Resource Management system
  • Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and reduce time to hire


  • 2 to 6 years of experience in a hiring role working with a reputed executive search firm or consulting company in a fast-paced target-oriented environment
  • Experience with Sales hiring is a plus
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Someone with a strong experience of 80% Non-IT and 20% hiring for corporate roles would be an ideal fit
  • Experience with hiring/sourcing from LinkedIn is a must
  • Experience with Social media hiring is a plus (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
  • Robust interpersonal skills with strong track record of success
