ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LL

• Maintain the data integrity of our CRM record database
• Facilitate creation of data from various sources across multiple record types
• Import new and update existing data records
• Oversee the quality control of newly imported data
• Further the alignment of disparate data sets and sources
• Identify and report on trends and inefficiencies with data quality
• Work closely with teams across Pilot to address operational data needs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of data entry/data QC experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Proven organizational and time management effectiveness
• Process-driven, committed to quality output, high attention to detail 
• High degree of comfort with Excel and/or Google Sheets 
• CRM experience preferred; Salesforce a plus
