We are looking for a Manager, IT Ops & Productivity (O&P) to help build our O&P team. This role will provide hands-on leadership and guidance and is responsible for defining our IT Ops & Productivity strategy and standards. You will play a crucial role in providing the best tech experience for Webflowers globally through exceptional technical expertise and people leadership as we continue to grow as a company.

About the role

  • Location: San Francisco HQ or US remote
  • Full-time

As a Manager, IT Ops & Productivity (O&P), you’ll:

  • Build and lead a team of IT professionals to own and support our IT infrastructure (e.g. office networks, IaaS, and IAM) as we continue to scale globally
  • Assist in creating and executing staffing and hiring plans to develop a highly effective Ops team that aligns with Webflow’s growth strategy
  • Partner with internal teams on architectural design, engineering, and operational efforts to support highly technical needs (e.g. IAM (re)architecture with Security and other IT team members, new and existing office builds with our Workplace team)

That said, these role responsibilities are just the start! At Webflow, we encourage you to contribute wherever your interests take you — and shape your role accordingly. • Have the ability to influence change and deliver sustainable technical and architectural decisions to improve efficiencies across the board
  • Deeply understand how a DevOps culture can positively improve employee satisfaction and organizational success
  • Are comfortable building and maintaining reliable 24x7x365 IT ops across a globally dispersed organization with defined SLAs, automation via scripting (e.g. GAM, python, and/or bash), automation via config mgmt (e.g. Puppet, Chef), monitoring (i.e. Nagios, PRTG), and reports

At this time, Webflow does not require fully remote employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.  However, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination to work out of any Webflow office, visit an office, or attend any in person work events, including company off-sites, company sponsored social gatherings, and meetings.  As such, at this time, we will only consider individuals who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for roles which require any in person work.  If, due to the nature of your role, you are at any time during your employment required to work in person, but you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to applicable regulations, your employment may be terminated.
