The Marketplace Program Manager role is part of a new function within the Product Commercialization & GTM practice. You will be integral in helping to build this function from the ground up, as the end-to-end process owner for our Cloud Partner (AWS, Azure, and Google) Marketplaces.

The Marketplace PM will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the Partner’s team, Cloud Engineering/Billing, Finance/Accounting, Deal Strategy, Business Operations, and our CRM/ERP teams to execute growth projects, new products and features, operational efficiency projects, and break/fix tickets. You will help define and execute on the Marketplace roadmap.

You will be a go-to person in terms of understanding the operational aspects of booking marketplace deals and the downstream effects as well as a subject matter expert on each of our marketplace partnerships, i.e. the key differences, capabilities, contract terms, and growth opportunities. The role will also be responsible for developing our operational procedures, policies, internal documentation, user guides and workflows.

This role will be a hybrid work arrangement based out of our New York City office. 

Requirements: 

• A project manager with 5+ years of experience
• Previous experience with AWS/Azure/Google Marketplace is preferred.
• A college degree, MBA preferred
• Experience working in partnerships
• Passionate about MongoDB’s mission and core database technology
• Background working on extremely cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated skills at building strong working relationships and influencing both internal and external partners at all levels; has passion and convictions and the innate ability to encourage passion in others
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects/priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous and constantly evolving work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable analytical skills using data to derive impactful insights and drive decisions in a business environment
• Trained in working with project tracking software (e.g. JIRA, Rally, MS Project)
• Experience working with Salesforce/Netsuite preferred
