Due to continued growth and expansion across the EMEA region, we’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Benefits Manager, EMEA  to lead our health and wellbeing strategy for the region. If you are passionate about designing and enhancing benefits programs, growing and scaling global total rewards initiatives, and ensuring employees have the best in class benefits, this is the role for you! You will be partnering with your peers in the APAC and Americas regions and with the regional HR leadership team to ensure our programs are in line with the MongoDB global total rewards philosophy and with the competitive landscape.

This newly created role will be based in our growing Dublin office, reporting to the global head of benefits and managing a direct report in EMEA.You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative team who are truly passionate about what they do. This role can be based out of our Dublin office or remotely in Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement benefits, health and wellbeing programs in the EMEA region in line with the competitive landscape
  • Be an escalation point for Tier 3 questions that can not be addressed by the HRSS or Employee Experience teams
  • Manage existing and new vendors engagements
  • Improve operational efficiencies and automation
  • Perform annual budget planning
  • Analyze existing benefits policies and prevailing practices among similar organizations to recommend and establish competitive perks and benefits programs against the roadmap
  • Strengthen Employer Brand by working with the Employer Brand Manager
  • Manage ongoing education of employees on the benefits available to them
  • Perform annual plan compliance testing, reporting and audits
  • All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business or other relevant major
  • The “In-house” international benefits experience is required
  • At least 7 years of benefits experience required
  • At least 2 years of people management experience is essential
  • Advanced knowledge of the G-suite
  • Regional subject matter expertise in at least 3 countries within the region
  • Experience of establishing new plans and supporting new market expansions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
  • Foreign language spoken in the region is a strong plus
  • Ability to coach others and to be coachable
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a global fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to shift directions quickly when priorities change
