You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Marketing and Executives across our business to strategize, plan, coordinate and execute all recruiting events and conferences across the organization globally. In this role, you will also build from scratch, a recruiting strategy for our Intern and Early in Career Hires. As we continue to shape the future of our fast growing company, this role is critical to building pipeline and driving results aligned to our hiring goals. You will be a steward of Highspot and part of evolving an employer brand that will enable Highspot to fuel our People Engine with exceptional talent.
