Thousands of innovative companies like Morningstar Inc., Paychex, LinkedIn, Shopify, Slack, SproutSocial, Twilio, and Zillow trust Gong to power their customer reality.  As a Dublin based Talent Acquisition Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in building one of the most exciting startups of our time.  You’ll partner with our VP of EMEA and Global Executive teams to help us scale our Sales, GTM and G&A teams. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, including expansion into new markets within the region, as well as provide work direction to a high performing TA team.  You will drive relationships with hiring teams and candidates by developing analytics, reporting and scalable best in class processes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to mentor new talent and coach and develop experienced TA professionals.This position is a first line manager with a current team of three recruiters and growing.  This role reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition.
