About the Role As the Director of Alliances EMEA at Highspot you will create and execute the plan to deliver competitive advantage and unlock new revenue streams via Highspot’s growing ecosystem of partners and alliances in the EMEA region. You will own the regional strategy and execution plan for creating strategic alliances and partnerships that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline contribution across all EMEA regions and subsidiaries. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, including identifying priority partners, creating ideal partner profiles and verticals, recruiting strategic partners and managing partner relationships. You will work cross-functionally to pilot partnerships, partner programs and partnership models that successfully grow the Highspot business in the EMEA region.
