About the Role:

In this exciting, newly created position to support our rapid business growth, we are hiring a Senior Recruiter, who will contribute to the hiring initiatives Invoca’s Recruitment. At high-level, this includes full-cycle recruitment with an elevated understanding of sourcing, presenting, and managing the candidate process to partnering closely with hiring managers on full requisition management and offer process. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruiting and working closely with the Executive team, and hiring managers, you will have responsibility for sourcing, identifying, and selecting talent that will scale in Invoca’s culture. 

This position requires the ability to thrive in an innovative, collaborative environment; by rolling up your sleeves, working hard, and having fun while getting the job done!

You Will:

  • Requisition management, including forecasting and attrition support in partnership with hiring managers 
  • Build a candidate pool of qualified candidates through creative and traditional sourcing methods (we’ve got resources!)
  • As a trusted recruiting partner, you’ll embrace a deep understanding of each business line you support
  • In order to support the drive for program adoption, you’ll help facilitate hiring manager recruitment ownership and participation, and provide training and best practices
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to help build out a best-in-class approach to recruiting as the business continues to grow
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage the headcount approval process
  • Work closely with Senior Manager, Recruiting to help establish and implement efficient processes and methods for talent tracking

You Have:

  • Passion, energy, and a drive to attract talent
  • Find networking, relationship building, and collaboration exciting
  • 7+ years of proven full cycle recruitment experience 
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in both sales and technical recruitment, other competencies are welcome as is agency and/or in-house experience
  • Proficient in ATS, Greenhouse preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Drives, Slack, and Asana a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and work on many projects simultaneously

  • Position Base Range - $95,000.00-$120,000.00/yr plus bonus potential
