The Revenue Enablement team is a group of self-starters who can see around corners and identify revenue team needs before they become needs. Our job is to build relationships with leaders and employees across the entire organisation with a goal of creating and deploying world class enablement solutions in a scalable fashion. The work we do optimises revenue team member performance and outcomes all along the Chainalysis customer journey.

Our ideal Senior Revenue Enablement Manager loves helping others and is outcomes-driven, creative, collaborative, and organised. We measure success based on enablement programs and initiatives launched, completion rates across the revenue organisation, and revenue team performance on key metrics.


In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • You’ve mastered the Chainalysis product, customer journey, and you intimately understand our buyers and users
  • You’ve formed close, trusted relationships with leaders and team members across the revenue organization and SMEs across the company
  • You’ve been a key player in the development, delivery and upkeep of Chainalysis’s revenue onboarding, sales methodology, and management coaching programs
  • You’ve become an expert in our rev-tech toolset, capable of enabling revenue team members on the use of our tools to optimize outcomes
  • You’ve helped to establish a fun, revenue-wide learning culture

 

A background like this helps: 

  • Experience owning functions of enablement for a revenue organisation
  • Experience building out and managing programs
  • Proven track record of developing and owning revenue enablement programs such as new hire onboarding and sales methodology reinforcement
  • Strong project management skills-- planning, prioritisation, objective setting, meeting management, training, and plan execution
  • Demonstrated history of developing and delivering measurable training programs
  • Experience working with high-performing teams across multiple geographies and functions
  • Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment 
  • Ability to own, prioritise and balance multiple, on-going projects with a portfolio of programs
  • Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Engaging facilitation and presentation skills
  • Understanding of learning metrics tied to business outcomes
  • Understanding of recent enablement trends and developments
  • Experience working with sales methodologies
  • Proficiency in rev-tech tools such as Gong.io, HighSpot, and SalesLoft

As an employer, Chainalysis is obliged to ensure a healthy and safe working environment. This means that we must try to prevent the coronavirus from spreading inside the workplace and all employees are obliged to follow the local regulations issued by the relevant health authorities.  

  • To help support a safe work environment, we encourage all employees in EMEA to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Employees will not be required to attend an event or in-person customer meeting. 
  • Employees in the EU and the UK are allowed to travel internationally for internal meetings to any country deemed “green or amber” by the EU and the UK authorities. All attendees for Chainalysis in-person events or meetings will be required to adhere to the following guidelines:  
    • International travel will only be permitted if you receive approval from both your manager and Executive Leader
    • You must familiarize yourself and comply with any screening/safety protocols imposed by the entity/individual hosting the in-person meeting or event
    • You must comply with any and all safety guidelines and travel restrictions established by applicable law  
    • If you are in close or proximate contact with others at the event/customer site and test positive for COVID-19, you must immediately notify the People Team and avoid contact with others for 10 days

With circumstances changing on a regular basis and parts of our APAC team going in and out of mandatory lockdown, APAC will continue to follow country legislation and guidelines.
