We are looking for a consumer insights leader to drive deeper understanding of our brand, our customers and our industry in to order to help drive OpenTable’s brand strategy across both restaurants and diners. You should be passionate about using data to inform marketing decisions - with experience developing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research.
You will be equally comfortable in “scrappy” to highly sophisticated research methodologies - able to understand a unique fast-paced research need and propose and conduct an in-house approach, all the way to assessing external research partners’ methodologies, measurements, and costing, in recommending how OpenTable should think about tackling a research challenge. In addition, you will be able to think deeply about what we are trying to understand and consider the different avenues and data we could use to get closer to concrete answers.
