About the Role

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew 60x in 2020 and are building out a talented Sales Operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll be a key leader in taking our sales operations to the next level, growing the team, and aligning out Go-To-Market motions across the org. You’ll work directly with our Senior Manager, Sales Operations to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Account Management, Sales Dev, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts across all go-to-market. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize sales motions and processes for all Sales reps (SDR, AE, & AM) that increase sales productivity and over attainment against goals
  • Work closely with GTM Systems team to evaluate and deploy tools and infrastructure, including anticipating Sales needs and translating them into system business requirements
  • Manage all Rules of Engagement (ROE), territories, and opportunity/account definitions to align with our current GTM structure 
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to all members of Sales leadership, helping shape the sales strategy and helping prioritize the most impactful strategic projects
  • Manage sales comp structure & spiffs to drive rep behavior that aligns with executive goals, in partnership with Finance & Sales leadership
  • Manage all aspects of sales-owned data across all systems ensuring collection, accuracy, and accessibility (including partnering with reps and managers for accurate pipeline)
  • Fully leverage the technology stack including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & Clearbit

 

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
  • Ability to translate sales needs into systems requirements and ideal sales programs
  • Keen knowledge of how to leverage a well-defined and repeatable process with a focus and prioritization on results
  • Working knowledge of leveraging Sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, Clearbit, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Scrappiness when scoping, sizing and fulfilling large and small requests balancing efficiency and quality
  • Customer oriented mindset who works productively with a wide range of people/personalities and has an aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Sales minded and experienced in all phases of sales and business development lifecycles
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, data, and solutions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities
  • Ability to effectively identify, recruit, and onboard new hires to join the Sales Ops team
  • Experience in Salesforc
