What you’ll do

You will lead our amazing team of Recruiting Coordinators (RC’s) who own, manage and elevate the candidate experience at Brex. You will build, own and maintain the programs that proactively ensure a quality end-to-end  recruiting experience for candidates and interviewers. You will partner closely with Recruiting Leads to build scalable programs and solutions that further drive our recruiting process. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders - which includes recruiting leads, sourcers, interviewers and hiring managers. You care deeply about candidate experience.


  • You will manage and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators and set the bar for delivering a high quality candidate experience
  • You will monitor capacity planning to ensure the team is supported and can maintain consistency in productivity
  • You will set the strategy of the coordination function in support of the hiring demand
  • You will proactively identify gaps in processes to create a more seamless and efficient solution and experience in the hiring process
  • You will own and automate reporting and metrics for the RC function 
  • You will support the recruiting team in scheduling and delivering a quality experience to both internal (interviewers) and external stakeholders (candidates)
  • You will constantly be iterating on candidate experience in a remote-first setting and creating ways for Brex to stand out against our competitors


  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or coordination
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new technologies
