About the role:

Mynd is looking for a Talent Operations Manager to join our growing Talent & Culture (T&C) team. The Talent Operations Manager will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition and will define work processes, help the TA team run more efficiently, oversee logistics and prioritize data, reporting and streamlined end-to-end recruitment processes. This role will help support the daily functions of the TA team by processing requisition requests, compensation analysis and weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.  As the company grows, and grows quickly, this role is critical to the success of the organization.

The successful candidate will have experience optimizing recruiting processes and be a strong relationship builder with impeccable communication skills, an eye for detail, data-crunching ability, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a recruiting team that’s just six months old.

This is a full time, remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition as an operation and drive consistency across all practices
  • Research cutting-edge technologies to keep our recruiting processes optimized and ahead of the curve
  • Report on recruiting success and challenges and advise on solutions and recruiting strategy
  • Become the super admin for our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
  • Manage the requisition request process from start-to-finish
  • Manage compensation analysis requests and build out tracking
  • Partner with HR Analyst to evaluate recruiting stack on an ongoing basis
  • Strengthen our KPIs and reporting practices
  • Build reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance
  • Prioritize data integrity, compliance and auditing recruiting practices 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Associates to ensure smooth and timely candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Communicate with all stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Partner with the greater Talent & Culture team to ensure efficiencies and standardization across the T&C organization
  • Maintain recruitment and candidate records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with Recruiting and HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of program management or operations experience in the Talent Acquisition space
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate setting desirable)
  • High level administrative experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience preferred)
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Desire to learn, engage in recruitment processes, and grow career in Talent Operations
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
  • An ability to work independently to manage multiple ongoing projects and programs with high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (GSuite and Mac experience preferred)
  • Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information
  • Flexibility with change, and a “no job too small” mentality
