As our Global Talent Team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Tech Recruiter to continue to scale our nest of Birds across our Engineering team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Tech Recruiter to have a fast impact as part of a high-performing and remote first, recruitment team. 

You will be a trusted talent partner responsible for hiring across a variety of engineering positions. From Software to QA Engineers and Product Analysts to Data Engineers. You will report to the Global Talent Lead for Tech & Product, partnering closely with the Tech TA team as part of a Global Talent Team of 12 (currently expanding to 20!). You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wider team of Talent Marketing, Coordinators, and fellow Recruiters day-to-day.

What you’ll do

  • Be trusted business partners to our tech stakeholders. You will understand and foresee their business needs, be an extension of their teams and continuously challenge them to raise the bar.
  • Recruit top-tier engineering talent to achieve your quarterly hiring goals.
  • Source, screen, interview and close candidates — owning the full end-to-end recruitment process. 
  • Build relevant sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
  • Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview process.
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for every candidate no matter the outcome!

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience within high-growth and fast-scaling SaaS organizations.
  • In-house recruiting experience, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible interview experience and results
  • Successful track record of negotiating with and closing tech talent.
  • Experience hiring high volume and niche tech talent within EMEA
  • Expertise managing volume in-bound applications, optimising advertising strategies and utilising the ATS (ideally Greenhouse!) to manage application quality.
  • A focused approach to attracting and engaging passive candidates, building a diverse pipeline through effective sourcing strategies. 
  • The ability to think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, collaborate with fellow recruiters, and optimize your own time to move at pace!
  • A Data-driven approach; you’re all about the numbers and using these to optimize and influence.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Passion, drive, and enthusiasm to ensure we secure the best talent out there!
