About you:

As the International PR Manager you will facilitate integrated marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring that PR campaigns can be used across owned, paid and earned channels in core international markets. In addition, you will develop strategic pitch angles using data, product and execs; creating press materials and work internally / externally to drive PR coverage

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare messaging / briefing materials for Exec spokespeople
  • Communicate with partners and internal customers / teams globally
  • Identify trends across pop culture, media, tech or hospitality industries to assist in creating relevant integrated campaigns
  • Love news jacking, identify and implement bold storytelling opportunities
  • Lead the relationship with external PR agencies across multiple regions
  • Handle regional budgets
  • Oversee media monitoring vendors, reporting, and analysis
  • Ensure campaigns and activities secure best in class media coverage for OpenTable in B2B and B2C outlets in core international markets including the UK, Germany and Australia
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant reporters and influencers in home market

Please apply if you have:

  • Significant experience within consumer PR and B2B media relations with proven results; food and beverages (F+B), tech, and/or hospitality PR experience a plus
  • Passionate about restaurants and hospitality
  • Track record of securing feature placements
  • Strong relationships with consumer, F+B, tech, and lifestyle media outlets
  • Experience in supporting integrated PR programs
  • Experience in working across multiple markets, and managing multiple agencies
  • In-depth understanding of existing and emerging social platforms
  • Strong writing, editing and messaging skills
  • Comfortable in a data-driven environment, analysing and using data for storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and on several competing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Willing to travel to our San Francisco HQ and other OpenTable offices as needed
