Mynd is looking for a senior product marketer to help make investing in single-family real estate simple and accessible for all. As the product marketing lead for our investor segment, you’ll be responsible for bringing Mynd’s value proposition to life for our sales and marketing teams, introducing a new breed of investors to the platform, and turning our current investor customers into superfans.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Growth, and Sales with considerable influence and visibility throughout the company.

You’re right for this role if you have a knack for analyzing data, teasing out insights, and distilling complex information into crisp artifacts, digestible soundbites, and relatable stories. You have a history of leading happy cross-functional teams, building infrastructure and processes, and driving projects through to completion. 

What you’ll do:

  • Deeply understand Mynd’s customers and prospects through market, competitive, and sales research, and use that understanding to develop clear and differentiated messaging and assets for our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure we’re telling our story in a consistent way across every touchpoint in the customer journey, including within our products.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop go-to-market plans and ongoing campaigns for our investment products and services that drive awareness, generate leads, supercharge adoption, and increase lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure that our roadmaps reflect what customers want and need, and develop new pricing, segment, and market models to inform the roadmap.
  • Inject creativity, customer centricity, an iconic voice, and an upleveled aesthetic into everything we do — real estate investing should be fun!

What you’ll bring:

  • Ability to thrive in a highly-matrixed, fast-moving work environment
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience at a consumer brand, technology or real estate company. Fintech, Real Estate, or Hospitality tech experience is a plus!
  • Deep knowledge of product marketing methods and frameworks, from insights to messaging to go-to-market strategy
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, real estate investing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to bring complex ideas to life for a variety of audiences
  • A data-driven, customer-centric approach: you’re not afraid to say “I don’t know, but I can’t wait to find out!” 
  • Experience working with both technical and commercial leaders, and ability to translate commercial goals into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Ability to plan for the big picture, and willingness to build
