About the Role:

The Procurement Contracts Manager will partner with business owners and their teams to manage third-party vendor suppliers, control company costs and provide the best options for purchases. Procurement Contracts Manager's help identify/recommend the best suppliers by working with external companies to analyze scoring points while also applying vendor management best practices. The Procurement Contracts Manager will run the relationship including total cost of ownership, business terms, pricing and will oversee the contract lifecycle for their customers. You will report to our Senior Manager Procurement.

You Will:

  • Provide outstanding customer experience to internal business customers and external vendor partners
  • Oversee the entire contract process - commercial legal terms, pricing negotiation and purchase order creation
  • Manage sourcing activity including RFP/RFI stages to support the business in onboarding new suppliers
  • Manage third party vendor suppliers, including regular QBR's and vendor scorecards
  • Establish relationships with important partners and their teams to best support and anticipate need
  • Create purchase orders and work with the accounting team to ensure accurate coding and to create approved vendors in the finance ERP system
  • Partner with the Accounting team to help resolve billing issues and ensure all payments are compliant with contract terms
  • Partner with vendor and internal Security team to complete Third-party Review of all software tools and applications
  • Partner with Legal team during negotiation of general business terms, pricing and signature of contract agreements
  • Partner with Finance team to ensure that tools are funded and budgeted and are applied to the correct business team/custodian
  • Process, document and organize procurement related documents including contracts, purchase orders and vendor files
  • Update the procurement knowledge base including license and services renewal calendar, service catalog, approved and banned vendor lists

You Have:

  • 5+ years of contract negotiation experience
  • 2+ years experience within a strategic procurement organization
  • Experience with purchase orders and vendor creation, including accurate coding of purchases
  • Experience with technology vendor sourcing, including relevant knowledge of top performers in the tech space
  • Excel at building relationships with our teams and external partners
  • Experience building relationships with our teams and third-party suppliers
