About the Role:

You will join the team that is growing community engagement on Twitch. Our org has a broad charter, spanning across Twitch's most used surfaces, like: chat (channel points, drops), the homepage (browse, search), and mobile. As part of our team you will help us build experiences that enable creators to engage with their community and reach a worldwide audience.

  • Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to identify new areas of strategic investment
  • Provide expertise on process improvements that increase organizational productivity
  • Coach your peers and the broader TPM community through knowledge sharing and mentorship

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a TPM or engineering manager
  • Experience driving cross-org strategy and driving alignment across engineering, product, and design directors
  • Accountability for the strategy of complex programs that you've managed from concept to delivery
  • Focus on results and outcome, not just process – you have experience establishing processes where appropriate
  • Technical acumen – participate and contribute to technical discussions, identify challenges and risks, working closely with engineers and product managers on addressing challenges, and forming mitigation plans.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience developing consumer-facing applications
  • Developed or ran large-scale roadmap planning process
  • Managed org-wide OKR/goals

  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance

  • Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Served Daily
  • Free Snacks & Beverages
