Partner Program Manager | Remotely from EMEA

Your core responsibility will be to create and scale the best practices and systems for our partners across the globe.

You will be responsible for identifying, creating and scaling the tools for our various partner segments. These programs will be both internal and external. We have a strong foundation in place already and need a dynamic leader to deploy the scale we need. For this role, effective collaboration and executive presence matter. The ability to communicate clearly, and influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders are key. From sales, marketing, product development, alliances, operations, and industry experts, you effectively communicate and enroll teams in a shared vision.

What You’ll Do

You will be creating and leading programs that scale success of our partners. Examples:

  • Awareness campaigns (webinars, events, content, syndication, Social Media) for target partner industries, geographies and partner type
  • Events for enablement and Go To Market training: Partner University in each region, 2x per year.  Webinars on engaging specific customer segments, Partner Councils.
  • Partnership onboarding and self-service success: automating our sign up process, deal registration, certification systems, new product/feature awareness, and win-wire.
  • Consistent, relevant and actionable communications for partners. Partner updates, FAQ system using our own platform
  • Awards and recognition program - Partner of the Year by region, Agency/SI Partner of the year.
  • Content excellence for Partners. Decks, demos, devops tooling, prospecting tools, best practices, success sharing, customer reference processes
  • Partner Feedback: Providing mechanisms to capture and cascade partner feedback internally to leadership and product and engineering teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Executive presence, demonstrated success, and energy to lead cross-functional initiatives across a growing enterprise.
  • Familiarity with channel sales, channel account management, marketing, business development.
  • CPaaS/CCaaS experience is helpful, but not required.
  • High intellect and business acumen.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to move fast, be wrong and improve.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure managing multiple competing priorities
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally ( up to 30%)
