Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a high energy and enthusiastic Product Manager to join and lead key initiatives in our Integrations product team. This role parters closely with restaurants, cross-company and external partners to identify and prioritise user problems, define roadmaps, deliver increased value and automation.

The ideal candidate is experienced in launching successful business and user facing products and iterating on them. Motivated and driven about results, while working across agile technical teams, they are aligned on goals to deliver great products that customers love! They enjoy product discovery, working with large volumes of data to build a customer-centric approach, enabling automate flows to push our product direction forward.


  • Build and iterate workflows and UX to increase engagement and satisfaction, partnering with engineers and product designers.
  • Slice and dice data and contextualise it towards growth and the best possible service or product roadmap.
  • Lead the identification of user problems, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
  • Align and connect with cross company partners and executives on pivotal initiatives.
  • Partner with UX and Engineering partners on discovery and development tracks.
  • Stay in touch with restaurants and customers, identifying any new needs or problems to solve.
  • Partner and develop deep integrations with new external partners as well as grow and maintain others.
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog.


  • 2+ years in a product management role and work experience.
  • Shipped sophisticated and technical integrations and accompanying UX from beginning to end, and learned from each to iterate and/or improve the next project.
  • User empathy and experience talking directly with customers.
  • Experience in collaborative negotiation to gain the respect of your product across all levels; design, engineering, product marketing and business development counterparts.
  • Data-centricity; a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact.
  • Experience with agile processes and lean methodology and understanding of user experience design principles.

Experience and Skills:

  • An engineering background or worked through technical requirements with external partners. Any restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with FinTech concepts; card payments, transaction reconciliation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Worked on a successful hyper-local or global marketplace and launched collaborations with multiple external partners.
  • Partnered closely with sales teams, partnering with customers and translating feedback.
  • Recorded product videos or demoed their work to large audiences.
  • Optimally managed trade-offs between technical debt and new features.
  • Fails forward; learns from failures, not just from successes.
  • Creative ideas; loves to test them and see the results.
