What Vanta is looking for in applicants
As Vanta’s first dedicated Technical Sourcer, you will leverage your technical sourcing expertise across engineering, product, and design roles. You will have the opportunity to build out and scale the sourcing function thoughtfully and to bring passive top talent into the pipeline. You will report into our Head of Recruiting and work in close partnership with our People and Recruiting teams
You will:
  • Build out short and long term sourcing strategy
  • Partner closely with the Technical Recruiters and leadership teams
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Leverage creative sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn and inbound applications
You might: 
  • Have 1+ year of specific technical sourcing experience (required) 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of sourcing tools and tactics 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, jumping in and collaborating across teams
