About the Role:

We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a passion for user acquisition and experiments, strong business acumen, and analytical skills to support Mynd’s VP of Growth and Chief Business Officer in leading the cross-functional Growth team and setting and delivering on Mynd’s retail growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop key metrics and setting and tracking of OKRs for the entire Revenue team
  • Analyze acquisition funnel and work with Product, Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and Sales Enablement & Nurture teams to realize identified improvement opportunities
  • Drive strategic projects like for example:
    • Test, develop and manage lead aggregators and affiliate channels
    • Promote and streamline the process for friends & family referrals
    • Set content strategy and support content team with analytics
    •  integration of SaaS tools, process improvements, and marketing of new products / services (e.g., marketing listings, investment mortgage leads, ...)

Qualifications:

  • Problem solving skills: You’re a problem solver at heart; highly analytical and strive to always make data-driven decisions.
  • Business acumen: You’re quickly able to understand the nature of our business and obsess about improving key metrics that drive growth and value.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you will need to develop strong relationships with business partners, engineering, design, and other cross functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives. 
  • Affinity with experiments: Experience designing, building, and evaluating experiments.
  • Preferred: Ideally you have experience driving growth of a “considered” purchase, e.g., SMB SaaS, FinTech, Real Estate, or Consumer Marketplaces.
  • Preferred: Solid statistical and quantitative skills.
