Do you want to make a major impact at a high-growth startup?As a Customer Support Team Lead, you'll serve as a "player-coach", managing a team of support reps and serving as the escalation point for tricky customer questions and issues. Through performance management, regular 1:1s, and ongoing coaching and mentoring, you'll work directly with your team to design and scale our best in class customer experience.In this role, you'll have your hands in hiring, onboarding, training, process building, workflow optimization, and documentation. Alongside the Head of Support and other Support Team Leads, you'll serve as the voice-of-the-customer, gathering product feedback, feature requests, and other insights and escalating to the product team.
