What You Get to Do:

  • Lead the financial review, which covers Actual vs. Plan or Actual vs. Forecast, Month-over-month comparison, key cost drivers, and SaaS metrics for G&A functions (e.g., Legal, Facilities, HR, IT). 
  • Be a trusted business partner for your functions and strengthen relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e. executives and staff). 
  • Acquire deep knowledge and understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of your functions and provide analytical intelligence to them.
  • Own business intelligence reporting platform (Tableau) and create interactive metrics, thought-leadership content, and dashboards. 
  • Partner with the team to unify the backend data and frontend presentation in business intelligence platform.
  • Own the planning system, Adaptive, and keep the system highly accurate.
  • Be a critical thinker for the team and own multiple operational projects.
  • Review and approve new hire requisitions and partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisitions and regional Talent Acquisition Recruiters.
  • Supervise PO process and ensure the reqs align with budget.
  • Review the financial statements (e.g., P&L details, cash position, AR) with the accounting team.
  • Manage and assists with ad hoc projects. 


What You Bring to the Role:

  • 5-6 years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or management consulting.
  • Bachelor Degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics or related quantitative field.
  • Proven expertise in business intelligence reporting/dashboards techniques.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and strong skills in Powerpoint.
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses.
  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical.
  • Strong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through the financials and business intelligence content.
