Conviva is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and will provide critical operational support to Conviva’s field sales team and sales management and act as an integral link between the Sales organization, and other corporate support functions such as Finance, Legal, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams.

 

What you get to do

  • Provide quoting and order form creation assistance to the sales team as required. Process Order Forms through Salesforce CPQ, validate that all terms and conditions are consistent between Conviva Salesforce Quote/Order Form in the quoting system and signed Order Form. Support Finance with questions related to billing. Work with different teams as needed to reconcile any order inaccuracies/ questions.
  • Support continuous process improvement and core projects through Salesforce automation and process enhancement. Work cross-functionally with the primary objective of enabling field team and sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards. Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from internal customers.
  • Assist with managing and administering different systems and applications part of Conviva tech stack used by the sales and other teams.
  • Support Salesforce data management and integrity by assisting with monitoring data hygiene, performing regular data cleansing, and record de-duplication. Responsible for mass update/upload process, including data standardization, formatting, scrubbing.
  • Develop and maintain operational training materials and deliver new hire and ongoing sales training.
  • Provide general support to Sales, Solution Consultant, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, and other teams as needed to ensure that inquiries are processed in a timely manner and all issues are worked to resolution.

 

What you bring to the role

  • 4+ year in Sales Operations role.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, in particular Salesforce (certified Salesforce Administrator preferred), CPQ,
  • Resourceful individual with a proven ability to take initiative, multi-task and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • A high degree of flexibility, attention to detail and follow-through is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about data management and the importance of data integrity.
  • Great communication skills; ability to interact with varieties of groups within an organization.
  • Self-starter, team player, with a positive attitude.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
