Conviva is seeking a Social Media; Solution Consultant.

This a full-time mid-level position in the field of customer relations and strategy, with a strong emphasis on social analytics.

As a Solution Consultant, you will act as the main point of contact for use and strategy of Conviva’s Social Insights product, and work with other team members to identify upsell and expansion of existing services. Candidate must have a strong knowledge base of social media platforms, and a willingness to learn in an ever-changing social climate.

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers through frequent meetings and calls, ensuring they are benefiting from all our current and future product offerings.
  • Perform strategic analysis for customer data to ensure Quality Assurance and seek opportunities to optimize Conviva’s Software in the customer’s social environment.
  • Provide accurate reporting and feedback to management on all user interactions and enquiries, and help evolve and optimize results.
  • Travel as required to foster relationships and evolve into a trusted advisor.
  • Work with other members of Account team to formulate a 360-vision solution for the customer’s needs.
  • Identify trends and analysis for social media and advise on content strategy for both organic and branded content.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Knowledge of Social Analytics and a basic understanding of KPIs.
  • Should have good exposure to client facing role.
  • Virtual Team Relations.
  • Should be able to analyze the report for the customers by utilizing Conviva software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to Social Media industry trends. 
  • Should be able to analyze customer data and help with content strategy by utilizing Conviva Software.
  • Should have good knowledge on Social Media footprints.
  • Positive approach, energy, and passion.
  • Flexibility to learn & adapt.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a great comfort presenting software solutions and products over digital channels (chat, email, sometimes phone).
