The Conviva Training & Certification team is seeking an experienced Content Developer to build engaging blended training content, online courses and digital learning materials to effectively train and certify our Conviva clients, partners, prospects and employees. Lead by the Sr. Instructional Content Designer, this person will be responsible for developing digital assets (decks, guides, SCORM, video, web content, etc.) and interactive content related to Conviva’s products and industry; working with the LMS Administrator to build, maintain, and help manage online courses and content in VIVAversity the Conviva Learning Management System (LMS).

 

What you get to do:

  • Develop training and certification content for blended learning environments (web-based and classroom) at the direction of the instructional design lead through QA, release to LMS, and post release.
  • Work with the LMS Administrator to release to course and content to LMS and post release.
  • Build digital assets and videos using tools like Camtasia, Captivate and Vimeo for release in the LMS.
  • Build learner evaluations and assessments in the LMS.
  • Provide support for course content creation including compiling assets, organizing video scripts, and providing feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and methods as they relate to digital learning production, LMS development, and digital design.
  • Maintain a general understanding of components of the Conviva’s products – business intelligence, technical and operational, as well as internal Conviva systems and processes.

 What you bring to the role:                                                                             

  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience building assets and creating interactive content using digital tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Snagit and Vimeo required.
  • Experience building courses and content within an LMS required.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Atlassian or JIRA as a project tracking tool preferred.
  • Training or experience in instructional design preferred.  Streaming, advertising or business intelligence, analytics or learning certification experience a plus.
  • Highly adept with technology and quick to learn new technologies and apply solutions.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and identify problems, evaluate options, and implement and initiate solutions.
  • Ability to work in an environment with tight timelines and quickly changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, especially the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within determined timelines.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse global colleagues to deliver results.
