We are looking for a growth-minded marketing rock star to manage and execute, multi-channel digital programs and activities that generate net new business and accelerate buying cycles. This role will be instrumental in influencing new business pipeline and revenue and positioning Conviva as the market leader of experience and audience intelligence solutions. This position will report to the Head of Demand Generation. 

As a candidate, you will have a strong background in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing with proven, hands-on experience executing digital demand creation activities and tactics from start to finish. You’ll also have success in executing marketing programs across multiple channels while reviewing programmatic KPIs and optimizing tactics for performance. 

 

 

What you'll get to do:

  • In this role, you’ll concept, manage, execute and optimize integrated, online marketing programs to generate and influence pipeline goals consistent with Conviva’s business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, analyze and optimize buyer-centric marketing programs, leveraging an array of digital channels and tactics, including web, dynamic email nurtures, meeting-setting incentives, content syndication, paid media, webinars and other virtual events. 
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership, Operations, Business Development and many other teams in the development and execution of integrated, buyer journey-driven online programs. 
  • Partner with the Sales Development team to coordinate inbound and outbound motions.  
  • Monitor marketing program lead-to-opportunity creation and influence by segment, solution, vertical, geo and channel. 
  • A/B test tactics to optimize engagement and conversions across digital channels. 
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of digital program budgets. 
  • Review qualitative research on industry benchmarks and trends to inform future demand strategies and programs. 
  • Manage and execute on semi-annual, digital marketing program plans that complement and support region-specific, business objectives. 
  • Perform all other duties and assist in other areas as needed. 

 What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo experience preferred). 
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com. 
  • Experience marketing to the enterprise Product and Engineering, Research, Marketing and/or Advertising buying committees and personas. 
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills. 
  • A self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude that’s not afraid to take risks. 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Administration 
  • Must be willing and able to travel occasionally. 
  • Experience with target account marketing and/or selling. 
  • Experience marketing to Retail, Publishing, Media, Entertainment or Professional Sports verticals.  
  • Experience with video marketing, ABM solutions and/or outbound sales prospecting platforms. 
  • Familiarity or knowledge of revenue attribution modeling. 
  • Familiarity with AP writing style. 
  • Familiarity with SiriusDecisions/Forrester demand creation methodologies.
