They improve value, offer advice, and grow accounts. At Temporal we work on some of the most complex distributed system problems and our customers challenge us by demanding reliability across every workflow we help power. As the complexity grows for both us and our customers, we are looking to our Account Director to help strategize and lead customers to solutions. This is done with use case discovery, Temporal evangelism, and oftentimes partnering with our Solution Architects to teach the product to new users. An Account Director must be able to understand and help document the business logic teams want to implement with Temporal, demonstrate the value of the product, and translate Temporal usage to business value in discussion with company executives. Our goal is to help our customers to become successful and enthusiastic Temporal champions.
