About the Role

As the product leader owning Ramp's growth acquisition function, you will define and evolve our end-to-end growth product vision, strategy and execution by leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing growth products for our customers. Your goal is to help Ramp continue to be one of the world’s fastest growing companies. To successfully lead the acquisitions growth team, you need to deeply understand how to build exceptional product experiences to acquire customers. We need you to reach every growing company so that they can run on Ramp.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the growth acquisition product roadmap, focusing on traffic, referral & conversion metrics to help Ramp grow sustainably and exponentially
  • Leverage a creative and analytical mindset to define and run growth experiments across our acquisition channels, partnerships, and website to increase conversion and traffic 
  • Partner with the growth marketing team, engineering, and design teams to define, prioritize, and execute on our acquisition product strategy 
  • Deeply understand our customer base to target, attract, and acquire the best businesses across the country
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings
  • Deliver industry leading products and user experiences by combining a deep understanding of business strategy with creative product strategy
  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to scale the product management function at various stages of our growth

What You Need

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
  • Minimum 3 years product management experience
  • Experience building SaaS products from ideation to launch
  • Deep understanding of acquisition, conversion, referral & virality metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers towards a common goal
  • Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs, leveraging large datasets to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
