The Role

You Will:

Help build the university of the future by finding and recruiting the world’s leading experts to the Maven platform.

As part of our courses team, you’ll handle the end-to-end instructor acquisition process: 

  • Identify prospective instructors who should be on Maven’s platform
  • Make contact, nurture leads, and onboard them to Maven
  • Organize a funnel and look for opportunities to optimize conversion across each stage
  • Start as a hands-on 'team of one,' then potentially hire and lead a team of direct reports

You’ll work with top talent across professional, academic, and artistic fields looking to translate their expertise into amazing learning experiences. You'll discover and surface these future thought-leaders and enroll them into our Maven Course Accelerator program, a 3 week bootcamp where creators launch their own cohort-based courses. 

This role will report to Mickey Slevin, our GM of Core Operations.

We’re open to talented folks new in their career, and love more experienced people who like doing the scrappy hands-on work before building a team. The role above will start as an individual contributor. Since you’ll start as a one-person show, you should be excited to roll up your sleeves to execute. Our business is evolving fast, and we’re looking for people who can evolve with us.
