Working manager/Recruiter 

 

  • Own the full cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals across business departments
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure close calibration and quick and efficient interview processes
  • Uphold and maintain the standards for local hiring processes & systems as we scale; drive decision making
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events etc
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers, manage feedback and negotiate offers
  • Create a strategy & help build a pipeline of candidates for high quality hiring
  • Execute the company’s global vision, for the recruiting strategy, delivering results, as well as filling roles alongside colleagues on the global Talent Acquisition team
  • Schedule kick off calls and weekly syncs with the Hiring Managers
  • Go over the newly opened GH job and setup the hiring workflow with the Hiring Manager before posting the job

 

Operations

  • Help Hiring Managers open jobs in GH, schedule meetings to train them on how the GH works
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse local talent 
  • Design interview process with the interviewers that will work for all the hiring managers recruiting talents within your local client base
  • Work closely with the Talent Operations Director to share the current hiring workflow and everything in GH
  • Consult with the Hiring Managers and new hires when they have concerns, complaints and dilemmas during the selection process. 

 

Leadership

  • Mentoring others as needed with specialized expertise. 
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on full-cycle recruiting process for the local team
  • Step in with local teammates to troubleshoot for unique search challenges. 
  • Lead a topic / discussion point during team calls 
  • Assigns requisitions to local recruiting team and manages workload(s)
  • Identifies volume needs and recommends staff changes as applicable 
  • Make sure the local team is working synced and everyone is on the same page

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Vast experience as a full-cycle recruiting and/or recruiting operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Technical Recruiting a plus!
  • Demonstrated previous success partnering with organizations to optimize recruiting processes and scale effective operations
  • Background in effective project management and delivery; exposure to agile development is a bonus!
  • Passionate about efficiency, automation, and productivity, and you're skilled at using data to solve problems and measure success
  • Experience with recruiting and HR tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Bamboo etc) and techniques
  • Comfortable managing a robust pipeline of projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines with minimal guidance
  • Natural, authentic people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Proactive mindset and bias toward action; you've demonstrated an ability to work independently and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of the business
  • Previous experience managing and leading a team of recruiters
  • English proficiency verbal and written required
  • Global experience preferred, global mindset required.
