Picsart is looking for a Technical Sourcer to identify and assess technical talent for our global Engineering team. The Technical Sourcer will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategies to attract local and global talents. 

You will be the first contact between the team and the candidate, that is why we will appreciate it if you share our passion about successful hiring experience. If you consider yourself as a highly motivated Sourcer who values a good candidate experience and has excellent understanding of technology with strong ability to build an Engineering talent pool, you are more than welcome to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to clearly comprehend technical requirements of the role, the scope, and the team
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, internet sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Continuously communicate with passive candidates to understand their needs and fit for Picsart
  • Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
  • Screen profiles and conduct phone interviews to determine fundamental fit if needed
  • Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Engineering Hiring Managers and Recruiters
  • Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to attract talents.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team
  • Ability to determine general fit for engineering teams based on required and desired qualifications
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term pipeline for hard-to-fill Engineering roles
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with the Hiring Managers
  • Develop and maintain multiple sourcing strategies resulting in the engagement of passive technical candidates
  • Experience and knowledge in boolean search, linkedIn recruiter, diversity sourcing, Github/Stack Overflow
  • Technical industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills, relevant companies, engineering communities, and university sources
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, sense of team, and a desire to learn
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
