Picsart is looking for Senior Motion Graphics Designer for animation outputting and delivering high-quality and innovative motion graphics content. This role will have a hand in the concept and layout for motion graphics projects and will consult directly with the Creative team from project inception to finish; and will also be responsible for the execution of animated graphics for post-production video across various platforms.

This position is based in Yerevan and reports to the Video Lead.

Responsibilities;

  • Work closely with the Video Lead, Art Director, and stakeholders to execute video advertising or app store assets that engage our audiences
  • Create high-quality design proposals and drive projects from concept to iterations and implementation
  • Ability to suggest thoughtful process improvements or best practices that can help optimize the creative pipeline and the quality of our work
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new perspectives and ideas
  • Be up to date and well versed in the latest motion graphics processes, methods, and techniques.

Requirements; 

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience developing and executing video creative
  • Experience with narrative storytelling in combination with core marketing objectives
  • Understanding of consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms 
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator. C4D skills are a big plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills
  • Ability to mentor more junior designers and provide relevant feedback to improve quality
