Due to business growth, we are now looking for a UK based Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. This role can be fully remote or a hybrid of remote and office. We trust you to decide how you work best.

The Role

The Recruiter will own the full cycle recruitment process for a number of roles across product design and product management. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environment, while keeping our candidates (and their experience) front of mind. 

The role will include:

  • Being a strategic partner to build, grow and maintain long-lasting relationships, while understanding the larger organisational implications
  • Consulting with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a customised hiring strategy
  • Managing heavy passive pipelines and effectively leveraging internal resources
  • Actinging with stakeholders in mind and considering customer service of paramount importance
  • Bringing own ideas to the table in a compelling manner that gains commitment from others
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for hiring across departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Negotiating pay rates and closing candidates in accordance with company goals and expectations
  • Collaborating and leading projects with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
  • Actively sourcing candidates from a wide range of tools including LinkedIn
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality with candidates throughout the hiring process and afterwards
  • Representing Picsart in a professional and positive manner in all interactions
  • Working with leadership to ensure the recruiting team meets and exceeds goals

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience building product teams within a tech business, or has recruitment agency experience with an extensive network of candidates within the product space.

  • Picsart is a high-growth startup environment and we are looking for a Recruiter who is confident working at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. 
  • Strong attention to detail is critical.

We are looking for:

  • Vast experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Previous success partnering with organisations to optimise recruiting processes and scale effective operations
  • Passion for efficiency, automation, and productivity, and you're skilled at using data to solve problems and measure success
  • Experience with recruiting and HR tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc) and techniques
  • Confidence managing a robust pipeline of projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines with minimal guidance
  • Natural, authentic people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Proactive mindset and bias toward action
  • An ability to work independently and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of the business
