About the role:

Picsart is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing (Engagement), to join our growing Product & Lifecycle Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement and repeat rates on the Picsart platform.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate, experienced B2C lifecycle marketer with proven success in working with customer engagement and driving repeat & retention. This is a cross functional role that requires a combination of program management, product marketing and stakeholder management experience. This role reports into the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

In this role you will be responsible for the engagement metrics of the free user base of Picsart across the mobile and web platforms. 

We are only hiring in the following locations for this role: London, England. 



  • Be customer obsessed.
  • Represent the lifecycle marketing team in multiple geographies at various levels of activation.
  • Own engagement lifecycle marketing metrics each quarter.
  • Planning, briefing design and implementing campaigns/evergreen lifecycle across email, push and in-app notifications.
  • Partner with product marketing to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management.


  • Any graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 7+ years prior experience.
  • Experience with a SAAS based organization preferred (Both app & web versions).
  • Prior experience with large scale lifecycle marketing organizations preferred.
  • Can quickly synthesize disparate data into messaging that connects with both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including but not limited to product management, lifecycle marketing, technology & campaigns.
  • Enthusiasm and empathy for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people.
  • Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Braze, Google Office Suite, Asana, and Jira.
