Picsart is looking for an IT Monitoring and Control specialist who will be responsible for the monitoring of Picsart’s IT systems. If you want to sharpen your knowledge in a fast-growing IT company, you’re welcome to join us.



    • Responding effectively and speedily to any problems. 
    • Maintaining a professional demeanor with colleagues.
    • Providing training and support. 
    • Updating any monitoring software where necessary. 
    • Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response. 
    • Prepare and maintain Documentation, Reports, and provide follow-up status on identified tasks.
    • Monthly Report preparation based on the specified already agreed format and sending the same to a pre-assigned set of recipients. 
    • Be productive in Task management and Task distribution.
    • Make sure the team is constantly gaining new knowledge and making progress.
    • Integrate new tools and be open to innovations. 
    • Be attentive and review tasks. 
    • Think of the right, useful reports.
    • Be able to easily detect issues, troubleshoot them and be very responsive. 
    • Suggest improvements regarding obtaining more efficient service monitoring. 
    • Keep communication between the Monitoring team and others, so everyone is in sync.
    • Encourage team members. 
    • Familiar with MLPS requirements , in charge of MLPS operation and maintenance 
    • In charge of China database information security 



    • 2+ years of industry experience
    • 1+ years of experience working with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar language.
    • 2+ years of experience working with Linux (Ubuntu).
    • 1+ years experience working with containerization and Kubernetes.
    • Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks
    • Good expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, or other orchestration tools
    • General networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience
    • An analytical mindset and a get-it-done attitude
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to motivate others, drive collaboration, and quickly resolve conflicts
    • Ability to work under pressure, effectively debugging and resolving complex technical issues
    • Fluent English communication skills both in verbal and written
