The Role

You Will:

Build a talent organization that puts people first, assesses candidates on competencies not credentials, and delivers a stellar candidate experience. You’ll join our leadership team and work closely with our co-founders and other leaders to develop an effective and efficient sourcing, recruiting, and staffing operation. You will work with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate on profiles, and seek A-level candidates. You’ll coach those hiring managers on best practices in assessing and closing candidates including creating and evaluating sample work assignments, conducting virtual “onsite” interviews, and compensation package negotiation. As our hiring needs grow, you’ll build out a team.

You Have: 

  • Track record of managing the full recruiting cycle, ideally at an early or growth stage start up: sourcing, managing pipelines, and closing candidates
  • A love of finding great people and fitting them into the larger team
  • A desire and ability to build an all-star talent organization within Maven
  • Finesse, professionalism, and excellent cross-functional communication skills - you know how to tailor your approach to executives as well as up-and-coming talent
  • A mindset that every process can always be improved and a drive to reach a higher standard
