To help fuel and manage this growth, we are looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruiting Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting process, while creating and enabling the best experiences for our recruiting team and stakeholders.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Cabs will be provided)

This role is remote optional until April 4, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available around Gurugram for when we introduce our hybrid model.

Specifically, in this role you will

• Push the envelope in advancing our recruiting processes end-to-end
• Focus on optimizing operational efficiencies and delivering a consistent and scalable experience to all stakeholders
• Partner across the talent acquisition team to ensure we are maximizing systems (ATS) capabilities in order to deliver results
• Partner and collaborate with our analytics team as and when required
• Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners
• Identify and troubleshoot opportunities for ongoing operational improvements across recruitment reports
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance

The successful hire

• Has outstanding, professional verbal and written communication skills 
• Is experienced and has a successful record of managing multiple tasks which require high level of detail orientation, organization, time management and impeccable organizational skills
• Is systems savvy and skilled with systems and learning new tools. You have experience using an enterprise-scale Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate relationship management
• Any experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Greenhouse) is a bonus
• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good social and presentation skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Experience working within a recruitment team and/or operations
• Understands how to manage multiple priorities and understand how the little pieces fit together
• Reporting experience would be an advantage
• 3+ years experience in various roles within recruiting/operations and data management experience
• Is a self-starter and someone who tackles their work and takes ownership, and has a high level of detail orientation 
• Has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related experience
