The Sr. Marketing Analytics and Operations Manager plays a unique role within the greater Marketing Operations team. Helping to understand the success drivers of our marketing teams, provide insights and recommendations, and find opportunities for improvement. This person will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day activities, as well as taking on strategic initiatives and projects in helping maintain and evolve the team’s role within the Marketing department and beyond.  The role will focus on leading cross-functional projects in different marketing initiatives by partnering with our main stakeholders, process improvement, documentation, and team enablement, also building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform the marketing team. The role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills, a strong eye for detail, and story-telling skills.

This role can be based out of our New York City office or remotely in North America. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the core metrics that drive the marketing organizations business beyond revenue and pipeline numbers
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to develop dashboard roadmaps define analytical insights and associated capabilities
  • Lead analytical deep-dives to understand funnel drivers and identify opportunities for marketing performance improvement
  • Serve as an authoritative resource on standard metrics, methodologies, and domain knowledge for the marketing organization
  • Sift through large amounts of marketing data and omnichannel marketing interactions to make recommendations on ideal marketing mix and ideal customer journeys
  • Implementation - Own the rollout of projects, process improvements, and new analytical reports including how-to guides and enablement materials post-launch
  • Leverage technologies, tools, and data to measure and prove success
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues in the business by engaging with cross-functional teams
  • Extract and analyze large data sets to report to deliver meaningful insights


  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-team stakeholders
  • 5+ years of hands-on business intelligence, marketing analytics, or operations
  • Prior experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or comparable role a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Eloqua/Marketo, Google Analytics
  • Business knowledge and strategic mindset
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Project Management and Cross-functional projects leadership
