The Sr. Marketing Analytics and Operations Manager plays a unique role within the greater Marketing Operations team. Helping to understand the success drivers of our marketing teams, provide insights and recommendations, and find opportunities for improvement. This person will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day activities, as well as taking on strategic initiatives and projects in helping maintain and evolve the team’s role within the Marketing department and beyond. The role will focus on leading cross-functional projects in different marketing initiatives by partnering with our main stakeholders, process improvement, documentation, and team enablement, also building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform the marketing team. The role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills, a strong eye for detail, and story-telling skills.
This role can be based out of our New York City office or remotely in North America.
